Delta is exclusive to Property Protector, and is underwritten by Hiscox Insurance Company Limited.

Delta is a mid market option for residential properties only. Although cover is slightly pared down from it’s big brother Alpha, this wording still ‘packs a punch’ and brings the Hiscox service at a competitive price point.

The policy automatically provides cover for loss of rent, and is still market leading in some of it’s policy limits. We can still offer a Directors & Officers extension with various limits, and Employers Liability is automatically provided for domestic employees.
