What is Property Protector Select and what does it cover?
Property Protector Select caters for a wide range of property types and tenancies, both residential and commercial, and is particularly competitive in respect of purpose-built flats and larger commercial risks.
Underwritten by AXA, this contract has several additional covers not available on other open market products, some of which are exclusive to Property Protector.
What is included?
The package includes accidental damage, subsidence cover, loss of rent on residential as standard, including 36 months indemnity period and a selective 12, 24 or 36 month on commercial. Additionally there is 90 days unoccupancy cover on residential property and 60 days unoccupancy cover on commercial, with £50,000 trace and access cover to name but a few.
This contract is particularly competitive for blocks of flats and offices, especially with concrete floors.
We have direct access to the AXA claims portal which enables us to monitor how claims are progressing for all policies. This also allows direct access to senior management, so any issues that may occur can be escalated to help maintain the smooth flow of the claims process.
