What does it cover?
The policy provides cover for residential property lets for professionals and tenants protecting buildings, contents and loss of rent. In addition, the policy provides cover for legal indemnities as standard. Elite also extends to cover a wide range of commercial property, from shops and offices to larger industrial units and retail parks.

They are extremely competitive at the moment for well managed purpose-built blocks of concrete floored flats, occupied by professional tenants and commercial risks.

What is included?

Cover includes malicious damage by tenants, £5M property owners liability, trace & access cover and damage after illegal cultivation of drugs (residential property only) to name just a few headlines. This contract is also “Average Free”, provided certain criteria is met.

With an award winning claims service, we have direct access to a claims manager, who is very pro-active should there ever be the need of assistance with service or other issues.
