We’re delighted to let you know about our new policy, designed to accommodate for more difficult to place risks.
Covering both residential and commercial properties, this policy offers a comprehensive package of cover, including:
·         Accidental damage cover
·         £5M property owners liability cover
·         Loss of rent/alternative accommodation 30% of buildings sum insured over 12, 24 or 36 months
·         Statement of fact basis of contract
·         Trace and Access cover *up to £50,000
·         Damage after illegal cultivation of drugs *subject to conditions
·         60 days cover on unoccupied properties.
·         Our Prime contract also offers competitive terms for unoccupied properties
Our Prime scheme is underwritten by Lloyd’s Syndicate 457 and managed by Munich Re Syndicate Limited.
What is our risk appetite for Property Protector Prime?
With a larger and wider capacity, this policy will allow us to pick up more business that isn’t covered by our other schemes that don’t have the appetite.
