Property Protector Residential Gold is a unique property owner’s contract that provides Property Emergency Cover backed by the leading brand of Zurich Insurance.
Property Emergency Covers
The policy provides cover for Residential property lets for Professional, DSS and Student tenants protecting buildings, contents and loss of rent. In addition, the policy provides cover for Legal Expenses and Legal Indemnities as part of the standard package, something unique to the Property Owners market.
In addition a 24 Hour Property Emergency cover is included automatically to assist your tenants with heating, plumbing and security issues. (See our Property Emergency Section for further information)
